About: Russell Tobe, MD has been Director of Psychiatric Services at ARC Rockland since 2012, where he sees patients and their families in addition to supervising other behavioral health prescribing providers. He attended the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and completed his adult psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Tobe specializes in treating individuals across the lifespan with neurodevelopmental disorders including autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disability. In addition to his role at ARC, Dr. Tobe maintains a strong commitment to teaching, research and academics. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and has received numerous service, academic, and patient care awards.
